Founded by Dr Stefanie Teichmann, TECA offers strategic advisory and business coaching services to executives from various industries and functions globally. Stefanie’s expertise lies in Business Strategy and Organisational Leadership grounded in 20+ years of first-hand experience in the corporate world.
Having started her professional career as a management consultant with McKinsey&Co., Stefanie subsequently held various General Management, Director and VP roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Google, and Nike, at local, regional and global levels, combining Strategy and P&L leadership positions. Throughout her career she built and managed diverse teams that successfully supported, led or executed strategic and operational initiatives to foster sustainable profitable growth.
Stefanie holds a Master’s degree in English Literature from Bonn University, Germany, an MBA in International Management from European University, Belgium, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Berlin University, Germany. Since 2012 she is a Professor for Strategic Management and Organizational Change at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Applied Business Studies at Karl‐Franzens‐University in Graz, Austria. Stefanie is a certified Executive Coach from Berkeley University’s Executive Coaching Institute, and an Associate Coach of the Center for Creative Leadership.
German by origin, Stefanie lived and worked across Europe and the US, and now runs TECA out of Dublin, Ireland.

As a strategic advisor and business coach, Stefanie acts as an independent thought partner and sounding board who assists clients with their most important challenges, opportunities, and decisions.

Offers practical guidance and insights to help clients design, advance and execute on their organisation’s strategic agenda, be it enterprise-wide, local or functional. Examples include Growth Strategy Development, Business Planning Processes, Performance Management, Digital Transformation, Reorganisation.
ORGANISATIONAL LEADERSHIP
Provides feedback and recommendations for creating the deep organisational alignment and strong engagement critical for any company to achieve its ambitious strategic objectives. This includes topics such as Team Leadership, Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Engagement.
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
Expands the ability of clients to deal with the increasingly complex world they operate in, and explores individual development and career goals with a focus on business impact and personal learning. Potential topics comprise Executive Presence and Communication, Resilience, Career Management and Personal Brand Building.
In addition to individual coaching and advisory sessions Stefanie also offers customized programs on Onboarding and Integration, Inclusive Leadership, Executive Presence, as well as one-off workshop facilitation. She is available as a guest speaker on various leadership topics.
Stefanie has access to a broad international network of outstanding subject matter experts and coaches and can support requirements for specific expertise.
Clients
The advisor-client relationship is highly confidential and personal. Stefanie in partnership with the client develops a deep sense of trust to enable meaningful results. The high-touch, bespoke approach Stefanie provides to her clients is often reserved for C-Suite executives or those with broad regional or functional responsibilities in a large multi-national or SME with an ambitious agenda.
In addition, high-potential next generation leaders or young entrepreneurs who strive to accelerate their personal and professional growth benefit equally from a safe environment to share issues and ideas, and from obtaining a different, unbiased, and perhaps more candid perspective.
